Proyecto inmobiliario ubicado en la Calle Berlín 644, Miraflores conformado por 07 pisos, 05 sótanos estacionamientos, 28 departamentos, 06 locales comerciales, 04 restaurantes y 33 oficinas.
El edificio cuenta con ventanas y mamparas de aluminio en color lacado rald std. 9011 Negro acabado mate ,con sistema de carpintería europea y características thermo acústicas, certificado y homologado por Thermia Barcelona.Las series empleadas para este proyecto fueron las siguientes:
-AF 52; para ventanas proyectantes y mamparas fijas – batientes.
-CF 31 Cruce curvo , para mamparas corredizas de mayor tamaño.
-AF 35 , para ventanas proyectantes pequeñas.
-CF 22 , para ventanas corredizas.
