Consistió en la instalación de ventanas y mamparas. Los sistemas empleados fueron corredizos , batientes , fijos y para el caso de las ventanas fueron Oscilobatientes. El desafío fue el ruido el cual se pudo superar empleando vidrios acusticos Lo destacable de este proyecto son los cuarterones empleados en las áreas comunes del Hotel dándole un toque cuadricular.
Las series empleadas para este proyecto fueron las siguientes:

– AF 52: MAMPARAS FIJAS Y BATIENTES ACABADO LACADO NEGRO CON BARROTILLOS Y CRISTAL TEMPLADO INC 8MM.
– CF 40: MAMPARAS CORREDIZAS ACABADO LACADO NEGRO CON BARROTILLOS DECORATIVO Y CRISTAL TEMPLADO INC 8MM.
